What are some of the crazier jobs you had before getting into animation?
I think doing animation is pretty crazy-especially if I’m voicing the Joker. I’ve been lucky-I pretty much became an actor and have been supporting myself doing that for many, many years.

What are some of your favorite projects you’re proud to have been a part of?
For me that’s covering a wide terrain. To start with-I’m happy to have been in the original Robotech-playing Ben Dixon, Lunk and Grel and now Capt Vince Grant in Shadow Chronicles and co-directing that. I’m very proud to have adapted and directed into English many Academy Award winning films such as Cinema Paradiso, Belle Epoque, Eat, Drink, Man, Woman-and many, many more and many adapting and directing many animated projects including Space Dogs 3D and Capt Schnauzer, Lupin the Third, Noein, Fighting Spirit to name a few. I’m proud to have done the voice of the Joker and Raiden in Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe and Raiden again in Mortal Kombat. I’m very proud to be part of Continue reading

What are some of the crazier jobs you had before getting into animation?
Matt Groening used to say that you need to do 10 years of awful jobs before you get to the good ones. I washed dishes, washed cars in the Northwest in winter, waited tables, worked in a pea cannery – that one was the worst. It was hot, steamy, deafeningly loud. And we were canning peas! Who eats canned peas?

What are some of your favorite projects you’re proud to have been a part of?
I worked for Bob Rogers on several special-venue films, for worlds fairs – I made two short 360-degree films, one for Basque Spain and one for a Korean worlds fair that shot in seven locations around the world. We also did permanent installations like Mystery Lodge at Knott’s Berry Farm, and the Shuttle Launch Experience at the Kennedy Space Center for NASA. Those jobs were always fun because they got me out of town and out of our little entertainment bubble. Also I got to get intensely into subjects I was interested in, like the space program and Northwest Indian art.

How did you become interested in animation?

What are some of the crazier jobs you had before getting into animation?
Probably the weirdest job was doing surveillance for a private investigator. It was a college job, but I didn’t last long. I just didn’t feel right about reporting people’s activities without knowing the “full story”!
What are some of your favorite projects you’re proud to have been a part of?
League of Super Evil is among the top shows I am currently directing for Nerd Corps, great show! I’ve been really fortunate to work on so many great shows these past few years to name a few…Twisted Whiskers, Rate A for Awesome, Hero: 108, Geronimo Stilton, Zeke’s Pad, Edgar & Ellen. I’ve also worked on several Zhu Zhu Pet films this past year and am currently working on GloE Plush toys for the same company, very sweet properties. Oh yeah…also Little Tikes and Play Mobile. All features direct to DVD. I’m a lucky girl…keep pretty busy!
