A few thoughts about art and video:
Please send me any links you would like in the article as well as art to put with your interview. As for video, my site can only embed videos form the following sites: Youtube, Daily Motion, Vimeo, Viddler, Metacafe, Spike and Blip TV. If it’s in another format I unfortunately I can’t use it unless you send me the original file to embed directly from my site. The site can embed directly the following files: .mov, .mp4, .flv or swf file. You can also use the free service Yousendit.com to shuttle me files but my email address will accept up to a 25 mb file.

If your site has embedded video or art I can access it and download it myself if you like but ONLY if it’s truly embedded art. If you have a Flash site where the art is protected you’ll have to send me art directly as I can’t access that type of art. A good rule of thumb if you don’t know what you have is if you right click on the art on your site and get a “Settings” menu with “About Adobe Flash” on it, it’s a Flash site and I can’t access the files.
